Important Disclaimer: BankerMart is an intermediary platform that connects users with banks/NBFCs. We are not a lender ourselves. All loan approvals, interest rates, and terms are subject to the final discretion of the respective financial institution.

1. Eligibility & Use of Site

By using BankerMart, you confirm that:

You are an Indian resident or NRI (subject to RBI guidelines) seeking home loan information.
You will provide true, accurate, and complete information when using our forms, calculators, or loan application tools.
You will not misuse the Site (e.g., automated bots, scraping, malicious scripts, or interfering with security).

2. Home Loan Comparison & Calculators

We provide EMI calculators, balance transfer savings estimators, and eligibility checkers for informational purposes only. The results are estimates based on the data you provide and prevailing interest rates (subject to change). Actual loan terms may differ due to bank policies, credit score, property type, income verification, etc. BankerMart does not guarantee loan approval, specific interest rates, or processing fees.

3. Third-Party Banks & Lenders

BankerMart displays information from various lenders including SBI, HDFC Bank, PNB, Canara Bank, ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla, HDFC Ltd., and others. We are not responsible for:

Changes in interest rates, processing fees, or loan policies by these banks.
Rejection of a loan application by any lender.
Any agreement or transaction directly entered into between you and the financial institution.

Any disputes regarding loan sanctions, disbursals, or customer service must be resolved directly with the respective bank/NBFC.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on BankerMart – including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, calculators, and software – is the property of BankerMart or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of the Site without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

5. User-Generated Content & Reviews

Our "Client Says" section features testimonials from real users. By submitting feedback, comments, or reviews, you grant BankerMart a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify such content for promotional purposes. You agree not to post false, defamatory, or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

            The Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. BankerMart does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BankerMart, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

Your use or inability to use the Site.
Any loan rejection, delay, or terms offered by third-party lenders.
Actions taken based on information from calculators or blog posts.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date". Your continued use of BankerMart after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
