Copyright Notice: BankerMart respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid copyright infringement notices promptly.

1. Our Commitment to Copyright Protection

BankerMart (bankermart.com) is committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders and complying with all applicable copyright laws. We do not knowingly host, display, or distribute infringing content. 2. What is DMCA?

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a framework for copyright owners to protect their works online. It establishes a "notice and takedown" procedure that allows copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content from websites. While BankerMart primarily serves the Indian market, we comply with DMCA standards as part of our commitment to intellectual property protection and Google AdSense requirements.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content available on BankerMart infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. The notice must include substantially the following information:

  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
