1. No User Fees – Free Service

BankerMart (bankermart.com) is a free-to-use platform. We do not charge any registration fees, subscription fees, membership fees, or any other charges from individuals who visit our website, use EMI calculators, check home loan eligibility, compare interest rates, or submit loan inquiry forms.

Since we do not collect any payments from our users, no refunds are required or applicable for the core services provided on our Site.

2. How Does BankerMart Make Money?

To maintain transparency (required by Google AdSense and good business practices), we disclose our revenue model:

Advertising Revenue: We display advertisements via Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. When users view or click on these ads, we earn revenue.
Lead Generation / Affiliate Commissions: When you submit a loan inquiry or request a callback, we may share your details with partner banks (SBI, HDFC, PNB, ICICI, etc.). If you successfully take a loan through our referral, we may receive a commission from the lender. This commission is paid by the bank, never by you.

You are never billed by BankerMart for any service. Hence, refund scenarios do not arise from our end.

Important Note on Bank Fees: Some banks or NBFCs may charge processing fees, administrative fees, or other charges for sanctioning a home loan. These fees are determined and collected directly by the financial institution – NOT by BankerMart. Any dispute regarding such fees must be resolved directly with the respective bank.

3. Third-Party Payments (Banks / Lenders)

If a bank or lending partner charges you a fee (such as loan processing fee, application fee, or documentation charge), BankerMart is not involved in that transaction. We do not collect such fees on behalf of any bank. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for any payments made directly to third-party lenders. You must contact the respective bank's customer service for any refund or cancellation of loan processing fees.

4. What About Future Paid Services?

Currently, BankerMart does not offer any paid subscription, premium membership, or paid tools. If, in the future, we decide to launch any paid service (e.g., credit report access, premium consultation), we will update this Refund Policy with clear terms, including:

Full refund eligibility period (e.g., 7 or 15 days).
Conditions for partial refunds.
Process for cancellation and refund requests.

Any such changes will be prominently notified on the website and will require user consent before charging. As of the effective date above, no such paid services exist.

5. Donations / Voluntary Payments

We do not accept any voluntary donations or payments from users at this time. If you encounter any website, email, or individual claiming to collect money on behalf of BankerMart for loan approval, EMI calculation, or any other service – please report it to us immediately at legal@bankermart.com. Such claims are fraudulent.

6. Cancellation of Loan Applications

If you submit a loan inquiry through BankerMart and later decide not to proceed, you may contact the respective bank directly to cancel your application. BankerMart does not process loan applications internally, so we cannot cancel applications on your behalf. However, you can request us to remove your inquiry from our system by emailing support@bankermart.com.

7. Refund Requests – Exception Handling

In the rare event that BankerMart ever mistakenly collects any payment from you due to technical error (e.g., a malfunctioning payment gateway), we will provide a full refund within 7 business days after verification. Such situations are highly unlikely because we do not currently have any payment collection mechanism on the Site.
